Why you need to go to the #MillionPeopleMarch

First of all, I'm still a high school student. I am still under my parents' vision and I still need my parents so that I can get to school. And my parents need a work to help me provide my basic needs.. and wants, yeah. I don't have a work yet, I don't pay taxes yet, I don't need a work for my own living yet but I DO FEEL A LOT NOT JUST FOR MY PARENTS BUT FOR THE FILIPINO PEOPLE WHO WORK SO HARD JUST TO PROVIDE THEIR FAMILY'S NEEDS AND PAY TAXES PROPERLY. Walang halong ka-plastikan. Some parents still need to work abroad, some workers need to stay away from their family.

To tell you honestly, I don't know where and how this shit ever began but one's thing for sure: The Napoles family is a hypocrite. Why? Pictures say it all.

Yup, that is Jeane Napoles having fun at the MTV Movie Awards. Just the thought that she was with Justin Bieber is really unfair already. And yes, thanks to Saab Magalona for this blog post (spellsaab.com).

You get it? Your parents are busy working just to provide your needs and wants and to pay taxes properly then you see these pictures which Jeane Napoles enjoyed because of the 10 Billion Pork Barrel Scam. Nakakakoka.

So now, #MillionPeopleMarch will be happening in Luneta to finally abolish Pork Barrel. Shout for me, Filipino workers and pay taxes. This issue needs to end TODAY.

People need food, not pork barrel which is mainly bullshit.

I am a public school student and HONESTLY, there are a lot of attention the public schools need to get. Plus the public teachers.

Do you know who needs an explanation about this? Every single Filipino worker who has a clean job and pay things which needed to be paid.

President NoyNoy, let's see what you are gonna do. Sana matapos na 'to. Hanggang sanayan na lang ba talaga?

Happy National Heroes Day, by the way.

Bencab Museum!

Special thanks to my ate Jess for insisting us to visit the BenCab museum! To be honest, I am not really a fan of artworks. Even in school, when our teachers ask us to paint or to draw, I always fail. Though, I'm already a high school student, my drawings/paintings always look like they are drawn by a kinder girl. Or sometimes, the kinder girl's drawing is better than mine.  No kidding.

Anyway, as part of our Baguio trip LAST MARCH, as I've said earlier, my ate really insisted our titas and titos to visit the museum. She is really a fan of Ben Cab because when she was in college, she researched about his life and artworks.

Our whole family didn't go inside, though. It was only my ate, me, 3 cousins and tito. Some of the family members waited for us at the entrance. And as I've said, I'm not really a fan of artworks but when I went inside, wow. I was amazed! The paintings and sculptures were really amazing. The entrance fee (Php 100 per person) was super worth it.

So, I didn't waste the opportunity. I  took pictures of almost all the creations I've seen there.

But these paintings/sculptures were really my favorites.

So sorry if I wasn't able to take picture of its description! We were actually in a rush. But kuddos to all the painters who made these, even if I don't know you, I'm a forever fan.

(This one is actually my favorite. It says, "Wag mong damdamin ang mga bagay dahil ang mga bagay ay walang damdamin..")

I don't know if my ate was so lucky or what, but when we were about to leave, Ben suddenly came! Yes, I've got to admit, I became a fan after visiting his museum so I was starstruck-ed!
I wasn't able to have a picture with him (solo) but had a picture with him together with the whole family.
Of course, my ate won't let the opportunity pass. She had a picture with Ben!

I think I'm a forever fan. He's amazing! I promise, even if you're not a fan of art, you'll be amazed when you get there. Though, not all the paintings were made by him, the experience of visiting there was really worth it. It also has a souvenir shop wherein you can buy tshirts, notebooks etc. But if you really can't appreciate art, the museum has a coffee shop to eat & relax and also you can stay outside to inhale some fresh air and have an amazing mountain view.

It's located at Km. 6 Asin Road, Tadiangan, Tuba, Philippines.

Great art by the great artist.
